Shipping Policy

We ship using FedEx Priority Overnight. That’s the best way we’ve found to make sure the fish get to you fast and healthy. Less time in the box means less stress for them.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. That covers everything, insulated packaging, heat or cold packs if needed, and overnight delivery. We don’t tack on surprise charges.

We ship within the continental U.S. only. Most orders go out Monday through Wednesday, depending on weather. We avoid Thursday and Friday since delays over the weekend can be risky for the fish.
Once you place your order, we’ll email you to go over the ship date.

When we ship, you’ll get a tracking number. You can follow the package straight to your door. It usually arrives the next morning. Someone should be home to open it right away.

If anything goes wrong, like a fish doesn’t make it, take clear photos while the bag is still sealed and email us at admin@trudiscus.com within 2 hours of delivery. That’s the window we use to offer help.
