Shipping To Your Door
All of our door-to-door orders are sent by UPS Next Day. The shipping costs are based on zones (see the map for the zone your state is in). We ship from Chicago and all our orders arrive the next day.
For cities within the Florida Panhandle, the shipping charge is $93.00 for live fish orders as UPS charges an additional fee.
Please Note: Shipping to Nearest Airport Is No Longer Available
Unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping to your nearest airport as the cost and logistics have made this option too difficult.
Arrive Alive and Healthy Guarantee
We will replace or refund any Discus that arrives DOA (dead on arrival) or appears unhealthy. All of our Discus fish are individually bagged, triple-bagged, and stapled for added protection.
The shipping box is insulated with heat or cold packs depending on your local climate, and we line it with heavy-duty plastic inside.
If any of your fish arrive DOA, please take a clear picture and email us at admin@trudiscus.com.

Please DO NOT OPEN THE BOX or any of the bags until your fish are ready to go into their new tank .

Billing / Shipping Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address different from your billing address, please note that your order may require extra verification and may take additional time to process.
We recommend allowing extra time when shipping to an alternate address.
