Refund & Return Policy

We want your fish to show up in great shape. But sometimes, things happen. If a fish doesn’t make it, here’s what to do.

Take clear photos of the fish in the unopened bag and email them to admin@trudiscus.com within 2 hours of delivery. That time limit is strict, if the bag’s opened or too much time passes, we can’t help.

If there’s a problem and you follow the steps, we’ll offer store credit or a replacement (if we’ve got one available). We don’t do cash refunds unless we can’t send you a fish.

The shipping fee can’t be refunded, even if there’s a DOA. That fee covers packing and carrier costs, which we still have to pay either way.

Need to cancel? Let us know within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we may already be prepping, and it’s hard to stop the process once it starts.

We don’t accept returns after shipping. Sending fish back isn’t safe for them, so it’s not something we allow.
